Universal Consulting Company of Independent Patent Attorneys and Lawyers 'Lev Klimenko' (LKL) was established in April of 1992 by a group of Professors of Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov and of the Institute of Industrial Property. The Company was headed by L.F.Klimenko who had organized at that time the first in Russia, Faculty of Patent Attorneys at the Institute of Industrial Property by the Patent Office of Russia.
Among the employees and consultants of LKL are Russian and Eurasian patent attorneys, lawyers in the field of Russian and foreign civil, commercial and private international law, experts for appraisal and assessment of intellectual property, investments and marketing. The employees of LKL are members of Association of Patent Attorneys of Russia and of International Licensing Society LES International.
